Traditional Double Smoked Half Leg Ham on the Bone
Marinated for two days, the slow (12 hours) low-temperature water cooking process ensures the ham remains moist throughout. Finally, the ham is lightly wood smoked using a genuine wood pine rich in sap, creating a gold colour and depth of flavour unique to this ham.
Orange & Maple Glaze
Fresh orange, seeded and Dijon mustard, smoked maple syrup, honey, cloves, cinnamon, brown sugar.
