  • October 11: Rigatoni with burnt butter, sage, roasted pumpkin, candied walnuts
  • October 18: GLUTEN FREE Beef Lasagne – beef bolognese, béchamel, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan, gluten free pasta sheets (GF)
  • October 25: Spaghetti Caponata – Italian style ratatouille, tomato sugo, baby spinach and pecorino
  • November 1: Fettucini Carbonara – Guanciale, cracked pepper, egg, parmigiano reggiano
