- 27 February: Orecchiette with Spicy Italian Sausage – spiced pork sausage, fresh squash, cherry tomatoes & feta
- 5 March: Gnocchi alla Funghi – Potato Gnocchi, Wild Mushrooms, Confit Garlic Butter, Chives, Grana Padano, Pangritata
- 12 March: Penne alla vodka – pancetta, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, tomato and vodka sauce
- 19 March: Spaghetti agile e olio – Spaghetti tossed with fresh chilli, basil, cherry tomatoes and grana padano with extra virgin olive oil
- 26 March: Orecchiette with Spicy Italian Sausage – spiced pork sausage, fresh squash, cherry tomatoes & feta
- 2 April: Mushroom Ragù – wild marinated mushrooms slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce, accompanied by onion jus and pangritata
- 9 April: Spaghetti Bolognaise – veal and pork, Napoli sauce and grana padano
- 16 April: Lasagne – pork and veal mince, bechamel, Parmesan, ricotta, tomato sugo
- 23 April: Gluten Free Penne Carbonara – guanciale, egg yolk, Parmesan, cracked pepper, gluten free penne ($35pp)
- 30 April: Caio e Pepe – bucatini, pecorino, black pepper
