Pasta of the Week

  • 16 July: Cacio e Pepe – bucatini, pecorino, black pepper
  • 23 July: Gnocchi Primavera – potato gnocchi with prosciutto de Palma, garden peas and goats feta
  • 30 July: Seafood Marinara – mixed pan fried seafood, brandy, spiced basil tomato sauce, Parmesan, rigatoni 

  • 6 Aug: Creamy tomato, chicken and spinach penne 

  • 13 Aug: Pasta ala papalina- leg ham, garden peas, Parmesan, confit garlic cream with Gnocchi

  • 20 Aug: Spaghetti polpette – spaghetti and meatballs (veal and pork)

  • 27 Aug: Pork sausage and peppers with fettuccini 

  • 3 Sep: Shrimp and pesto spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, chilli, fried leek

  • 10 Sep: Spicy orecchiette with chicken and kale  

  • 17 Sep: Farfalle with candied walnuts, sun-dried tomato, spinach, and feta 

  • 24 Sep: Pepperoni and red pepper pesto spaghetti 

  • 1 Oct: Chicken Arrabiata – poached chicken, confit garlic, chilli-infused tomato sauce

  • 8 Oct: Broccoli and sausage Farfalle, cherry tomatoes, peas
