  • May 17: Fettucini Carbonara – Guanciale, cracked pepper, egg, parmigiano reggiano
  • May 24: Orecchiette Genovese – pesto, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and goats feta
  • May 31: Spaghetti Bolognese – veal & pork, tomato sugo, grana padano
  • June 7: Rigatoni with burnt butter, sage, roasted pumpkin, candied walnuts
  • June 14: Penne Alla vodka – pancetta, cherry tomatoes, vodka and tomato sugo
  • June 21: Spaghetti Caponata – Italian style ratatouille, tomato sugo, baby spinach and pecorino
