- 6th June: Rigatoni – beurre noisette (browned butter), roasted pumpkin, sage, candied walnuts
- 13th June: Penne alla Vodka – pancetta, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, tomato and vodka sauce
- 20th June: Orecchiette Genovese – roasted button mushrooms, semi dried tomatoes, pesto, grana padano, goats feta, pangritata
- 27th June: Lasagne – pork and veal mince, bechamel, Parmesan, ricotta, tomato sugo
- 4th July: Gnocchi with Cacio E Pepe – potato gnocchi with confit garlic butter, cracked pepper, Parmesan and pecorino
- 11th July: Mushroom Ragù – roasted wild mushrooms, mushroom jus, tomato sugo, Parmesan, parsley
- 18th July: GLUTEN FREE Penne Carbonara – guanciale, egg yolk, Parmesan, cracked pepper, gluten free penne ($35pp)
- 25th July: Spaghetti Caponata – mixed roasted vegetables slow cooked in a rich tomato sauce, served with Parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs
