In a Nutshell:
Cooked to perfection by our head chef, the Traditional Double Smoked Christmas Leg Hams are the quintessential centrepiece for your family feast. Using 100% Australian pork, the hams are marinated for a minimum of two days, using a slow, low-temperature water cooking process to ensure our hams stay succulent and perfect for Christmas day dining (as well as Boxing Day left-overs!). The meat is light wood-smoked using traditional pine, creating that mouthwatering golden colour and unique flavour we all look forward to devouring.
Our hams are $24 p/kg. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book your order. The remaining payment is determined by the weight variation of your ham (between 6-8kg for a full leg of ham, and between 2-4kg for a half leg of ham) and will be paid in full upon pickup. Please note, the weight of your ham may differ due to this being a natural product.
The order cut off is 16/12/19 with pickup available any day between 16/12/19 – 24/12/19 during our trading hours.
Ham: 100% Fresh Australian pork, water, salt, mineral salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), vegetable gum (412), preservatives (250).
Glaze: Yellow Box honey, 5 spice, cloves, seeded Australian mustard.
Storing your ham:
Our hams have a shelf life of 4 weeks when kept in a fridge below 5º.
Our beverage selection is based on seasonal stock availability, as we have a rotating menu of wine, beer and ciders. If you prefer a specific varietal please specify in the notes section and our team will be sure to accommodate your request.
