8 Oct: Broccoli and sausage farfalle, cherry tomatoes, peas

15 Oct: Fettuccine Carbonara – guanciale, cracked pepper, pecorino and parmesan, egg yolk

22 Oct: Pork sausage and peppers with fettuccini

29 Oct: Cacio e Pepe – bucatini, pecorino, black pepper

5 Nov: Orrechiette Genovese  – roasted button mushrooms, semi-dried tomatoes, pesto, grana padano, goats feta, pangritata

12 Nov: Gnocchi alla Funghi – potato Gnocchi, wild mushrooms, confit garlic butter, chives, grana padano, pangritata

19 Nov: Prawn and pesto spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, chilli, fried leek

26 Nov: Broccoli and sausage farfalle, cherry tomatoes, peas

3 Dec: Gnocchi ala papalina – leg ham, garden peas, parmesan, confit garlic cream

10 Dec: Spaghetti bolognese – veal and pork, napoli sauce and grana padano

17 Dec: Seafood marinara – mixed pan-fried seafood, brandy, spiced basil tomato sauce, parmesan, rigatoni

24 Dec: Spaghetti aglio e olio – fresh chilli, basil, cherry tomatoes and grana padano with extra virgin olive oil
