Want to know more about Amici Bar & Deli? These are a few of our most frequently asked questions.

  • Do you take table bookings?
    Reservations for large groups (6+) are available from: open - 11am and 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Smaller groups (2 - 6) are welcome during all hours and walk-ins are most welcome. No seats? We can help you select a bottle of wine and a meat & cheese platter to take away.
  • Where does your produce come from?
    Amici orders produce from multiple Australian and international suppliers. All produce is fresh and delivered daily to ensure the highest quality of ingredients is used in all our food and beverages.
  • I’ve tried calling the bar but no one picks up?
    During busy periods our team is focussed on providing the best in-venue service possible and are not always able to answer the phone. Please leave a message or email us at ciao@amici.bar. For large function enquiries, you can also contact us on (02) 6179 8973 (during business hours).
  • Can I book the whole venue for a party?
    Absolutely. We can cater to functions for up to 60 guests on an exclusive use basis. Enjoy all the perks of having the whole venue to yourself and the flexibility of tailored food and beverage packages. All this with no venue hire fees.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    Amici accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express both in venue and online.
  • Are kids allowed?
    Underage guests are allowed in the venue until 9pm under the constant supervision of their parents/guardians only.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! We offer free delivery on pre-ordered corporate platter and beverage packages within the CBD. Just imagine a hand-selected pack of wines, beers and charcuterie delivered straight to your office every Friday afternoon. Once-off and ongoing office party bookings are welcome and packages can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget.
  • Where do you deliver?
    For corporate orders, we will deliver to anywhere in the 2601 postcode. For other locations, please contact us via email at ciao@amici.bar.
  • Does Amici cater for my allergy?
    We make every effort to ensure our food production staff adhere to food allergy requirements, however, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that suppliers could change their formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies, please let a staff member know and we will strive to meet your needs. Amici will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may come into contact with while eating any of our products.
