The Online Deli

  • When can I pick up or have my order delivered?
    Our delivery and pickup windows are below:

    Delivery
    You can order for delivery any time between
    Thursday - Sunday 11:30 am - 2pm and 5pm - 8pm.

    Pickup
    You can order for pickup any time between
    Monday - Sunday 11:30am–9pm
  • How soon can I receive my order?
    The minimum fulfilment time for pick up and delivery orders is 90 minutes. You may also book for up to 30 days in the future, pending changes to trading hours.
  • Do we deliver?
    Yes! We deliver to you within a minimum of 90 minutes.
  • Do you have a delivery fee?
    Our delivery fees are applied by distance from our venue. Our fees are:
    0-5 km - $10.00
    5-10 km - $15.00
    10-20 km - $25.00
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes, please pick up your order from 59 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra City either in the venue or through our Drive-Through Pick Up option.
  • What’s ‘Curb-Side Pick Up’?
    If you prefer to pick up your order, but don’t want to come inside, please pull up in Odgers Lane, behind our shop front and call (02) 6103 0418 to let us know you’re collecting your order, one of our friendly staff will deliver your order to your car.
  • How long do you have to pick up your order?
    Please try to pick up your order within half an hour of your chosen time. If you’re going to be late, please let us know by calling us on (02) 6103 0418.
  • Where do we deliver?
    We deliver anywhere within 20km of our shop front.
  • Do we deliver to businesses?
    Yes! Please check out our Grazing Tables page for more info on corporate and function catering.
  • Do we cater for your allergy?
    We make every effort to ensure our food production staff adhere to food allergy requirements, however, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that suppliers could change their formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies, please let a staff member know and we will strive to meet your needs. Amici will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may come into contact with while eating any of our products.
  • Where does our produce come from?
    Amici orders produce from multiple Australian and international suppliers. All produce is fresh and delivered daily to ensure the highest quality of ingredients is used in all our food and beverages.

The Bar

  • Can I book the whole venue for a party?
    Absolutely. We can cater to functions for up to 60 guests on an exclusive use basis. Enjoy all the perks of having the whole venue to yourself and the flexibility of tailored food and beverage packages. All this with no venue hire fees.

    Please note there are some changes to our function and booking policies regarding COVID-19. Please get in contact to see if we can cater to your guest list size.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    Amici accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express both in-venue and online.
  • Are kids allowed?
    Underage guests are allowed in the venue until 9pm under the constant supervision of their parents/guardians only.
